SECFND: Understanding Cisco Cybersecurity Fundamentals

The Understanding Cisco Cybersecurity Fundamentals (SECFND) v1.0 course provides you with an understanding of network infrastructure devices, operations and vulnerabilities of the TCP/IP protocol suite, basic information security concepts, common network application operations and attacks, the Windows and Linux operating systems, and the types of data that are used to investigate security incidents. SECFND v1.0 allows learners to understand how a Security Operations Center (SOC) functions while gaining the introductory-level skills and knowledge needed in this environment. Students obtain the core skills necessary to grasp the associate-level materials in the 210-250 SECFND exam, which, when combined with passing the 210-255 SECOPSexam, leads to the Cisco CCNA Cyber Ops certification.
